For his birthday it was a chainsaw.  The past couple months revealed Isaac clearly wanted a gun for Christmas.  Lest we leave Luke defenseless, he received one too.  At what point do we notify the NRA?  Or for that matter the ASPCA?

Nana

A week before Christmas my parents had Nana up to the house to celebrate.  What a treat to have her all to ourselves!  Here she is with three of her great grandchildren.

It's Cleanup Time!

Our church, St. Anthony Antiochian Orthodox Church in La Jolla, has finally found a new home.  After many years of renting and raising money, we have bought a building of our own in Linda Vista.  But before we move in, it's cleanup time...

Boy + Tractor

Grandpa is in the process of building a straw bale house, and on this rainy, sloppy, muddy day he took the boys to the job site for a ride on the tractor.  Doesn't get better than that for a 2 and 4-year-old!
